Fireground Analytics is designed to be easy to adopt and safe to use — you upload the files you choose, and we keep them controlled and confidential.
Secure upload
Audio and video are uploaded over encrypted connections. Supported audio: WAV, MP3, M4A, AAC, OGG (up to 250 MB); up to five videos per incident at 1 GB each.
Controlled access
Department, officer, and admin roles govern who can view and manage incidents — your data is visible to your people.
Confidentiality by design
Analyses are built for operational learning. Sensitive identifying details are handled carefully and shared only with your authorized users.
No system replacement
Fireground Analytics does not touch, modify, or replace your CAD or RMS. It works from the files you choose to upload.
Processing transparency
Audio is transcribed automatically; each transcription's status is visible on the incident, so you always know what's been processed.
You stay in control
You decide which incidents to analyze and what to upload. Start with one fire, with no integration and no IT project.
