Fireground Analytics, LLC (“Fireground Analytics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a platform that turns fire department incident audio, video, and related records into after-action analysis, including NFPA 1710 compliance scoring (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when your department uses the Service. It applies to firegroundanalytics.com and the Fireground Analytics web and iOS applications.

• Account information — name, work email, phone number, department, and role (department, officer, or admin) for each authorized user.
• Incident Data — the audio, video, CAD exports, timestamps, and related records your department uploads for analysis.
• Analysis Data — transcripts, unified timelines, NFPA 1710 scoring, and other outputs generated from your Incident Data.
• Usage and device information — log data and app usage collected automatically when you use the Service.
• Billing information — processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Incident Data may include the voices and images of firefighters, other first responders, and members of the public captured during fire department operations. Your department is responsible for confirming it has the authority to upload this information and for complying with any recording, consent, or public-records laws that apply in your jurisdiction.

• Produce your incident timeline, transcription, and NFPA 1710 compliance analysis;
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Authenticate users and enforce department, officer, and admin access roles;
• Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates;
• Process billing under the plan your department selects; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell Incident Data or Analysis Data, and we do not use it to train models for other customers.

Access to Incident Data and Analysis Data is restricted to the department, officer, and admin users your department authorizes, plus Fireground Analytics personnel and service providers who need it to operate the Service or provide support. Fireground Analytics does not connect to, modify, or replace your CAD or RMS — we only work from the files you choose to upload.

We share information with third-party service providers who host our infrastructure, process transcription, process payments, and provide support tooling, under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing these services to us.

We retain Incident Data and Analysis Data for as long as your department's account is active, and for up to 90 days afterward so you can export it, unless a longer period is required by law or you request earlier deletion in writing.

Audio and video are uploaded over encrypted connections, and role-based access controls govern who can view and manage each incident. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Because Fireground Analytics is sometimes used to support investigations, insurance claims, or litigation, we may be asked to produce Incident Data or Analysis Data in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process. Where legally permitted, we will notify the affected department before producing data in response to such a request.

Department administrators can request export or deletion of their department's data by contacting support@firegroundanalytics.com, subject to the retention practices above and any legal obligations. Individuals whose voice or image appears in Incident Data uploaded by a department should direct requests about that data to the department that uploaded it, since Fireground Analytics acts on the department's instructions.

The Service is intended for use by fire department personnel and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify department administrators.
