Common questions

Nothing. Basic operational review is free, and it is not capped at a number of incidents. Review the working fire, the room-and-contents, the automatic alarm that went sideways — all of it, at no cost. Paid tiers add capabilities on top of that, not access to it.

No. There is no trial period, no introductory incident, and no per-incident charge on basic review. Basic operational review is free permanently. We charge for advanced capabilities — SOP and SOG comparison, organizational analytics, integrations, and governance features.

No. ResponseStandard does not require CAD or RMS integration and does not replace your existing systems. You upload the files you choose; we do the rest. Integrations are available for departments that want them, not required to get value.

Yes — ResponseStandard is available on the web and on iOS, so officers can upload and review from the station or the field.
